Once becoming a client they will have the ability to use this texting feature to communicate with us regarding any questions or concerns they may have regarding their account, and status of. They will also have access to phone and email with us, but we have found most customers prefer to text. We make all options available to our customers.
Opt-In – consent is obtained before sending messages. Subscribers will receive a confirmation message upon opting in – “You have successfully subscribed to messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
Opt-Out – Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message – “You have been unsubscribed from messages. Reply START to subscribe again.”
Help – Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive – “For help, contact our support team. To opt out, reply STOP.”
